The Academy of Dental Practice Careers caters to Doctors, Staff, Spouses, or anybody who needs more dental front office or computer training. Training can be customized to the needs of the staff and practice. In office instruction is Problem Focused and Results Oriented. So if you have computer challenges that need addressing, we can help.

"In-Office" training is perfect if you are experiencing attrition or turnover, or your current staff never received formal instructions. Maybe your team had prior computer training but now there are new members and new updates. The Academy of Dental Practice Careers can help.

If you are the doctor's spouse and want to help with front office or computer functions, but don't know where to begin, we can help.

If you are the doctor and need to know how to run reports for accurate practice management statistics, or you have questions about which reports to generate and need help with their interpretation, the Academy of Dental Practice Careers can help.

A typical day of "In Office" training is six to eight hours and usually starts with our instructor working with any administrative and clinical staff who want to know more about front office procedures. During that time they can ask for help in any area they might be having trouble with.

The next part of the day might be working with the clinical staff with anything they might need help with such as charting and clinical notes.

The last part of the day we work with the doctor on management reports and interpretation.

The great thing about in office training is that we are there to help with any problems you want help with. We are not trying to sell anything. And if you are not quite sure what you need, we can check a few vital signs in the computer and go from there.

Another advantage of "In-Office" training is that the daily rate is the same for one employee or twenty, just as long as everything is covered in the allotted time
