Dental Office Administrative Certificate Program

Meeting and greeting patients, keeping the appointment book full, collecting patient payments at time of service, billing insurance, day to day bookkeeping, deposits and other management duties. These are the major job responsibilities of a Dental Front Office Administrator.

With experience, Dental Front Office Administration offers many career opportunities within the profession. This course is designed to help students get their foot in the door for the beginning of a great career.

The goal of the certificate program is to supply students with a basic background and understanding of how the front office works.  Each participant will receive practical information along with relevant, up-to-date material that will enable them to accomplish the required job responsibilities.

In order to achieve this objective, we, at ADPC, have bundled 5 of our most popular classes and created an accelerated, comprehensive certificate program. In this course students will be able to access the school’s training computer, live, via a screen sharing platform.  Students will have the option of choosing Dentrix, EagleSoft, OpenDental, or SoftDent for their 5 classes.
